Knife/Claymore animation bug

Hey just found a bug it unfortunately made me die and lose my stuff. Here a quick step by step of what happened Interrupted the heal with knife, spammed knife button and moved towards the bot, stuck in repeating knife animation, suddenly a claymore is stuck to bots head, don’t know how it got there didn’t press the button, knife animation goes through, boom.
