Compiler Airlock Exfil ending early made us lose so much loot/ also not exfilling us when we got in before the timer hit zero

We had a crazy comeback after 2 of us died to this team. They went to do compiler, and they backed out because they couldn't kill him. We waited for them in the airlock room and killed them. They activated the exfil before we killed them, at about 30 seconds left before the final exfil timer started. We assumed the exfil would sync with the final exfil timer, just like every other exfil in the game does. But to our surprise, the exfil just ended with like 20 seconds left. We were able to hit the button again and get in the exfil circle before the timer went out, but we did not exfil. Here's the clip (from my teammate's POV). We lost so much loot, pls help

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Was the first Exfil activated by the team you eliminated? If so, approximately what was the match timer when they activated it?
    • Did that Exfil disappear at the moment FINAL EXFIL ONLINE appeared, or did it disappear later? Approximately how much time remained on the Final Exfil timer?
    • When you “hit the button again,” were you activating the Exfil terminal, or entering the Exfil ring?
    • Did anyone enter or leave the ring, get downed, or get pushed before the timer reached zero?
    • Was the ring you entered the Final Exfil location, or the regular Compiler/Conduit Exfil?

    This happened Oct 25 at around 10pm MST I think

    The first exfil was activated by the enemy team, at about 30 seconds left in the Normal Match Timer. That exfil diseappeared with about 30 seconds left in the Final Exfil Timer. It seems like the exfil only lasted 1 minute, which doesn’t seem right unless that exfil is special for some reason.

    We activated the exfil station again with about 5 seconds left in the final exfil timer and all 3 of us were standing in the exfil before the timer hit zero.

    All of this took place in the room with all the ticks and the airlock before the compiler boss room
