Shader stutter on every start up since 1.1.5

Hello,

I have an issue where when I start the game, it will stutter for a while with what seems to be shader comp stutter. This stutter is very similar visually to shader compilation stutter in Marvel Rivals when you update the game and it needs to redownload the shaders on first launch.

I have reinstalled windows fresh and even installed the game on a different computer and the issue is still there, it is clearly an issue with the game.

There are also increasing reports of textures and images taking a long time to load, I have experienced this too since 1.1.5 released. This also supports some sort of game side issue with the shader compilation, it feels like the game cannot retrieve the shaders fast enough.

Another thing I noticed is when you alt tab out of the game and back in, the fps slowly goes back to normal over time. This does not happen in any other game I play.

I think all of these behaviors point to some sort of shader/texture loading issue on bungies end, some sort of throttling happening with the shader delivery or priority of the game.

I feel I must repeat that this is literally the only game that this happens in, I'm even playing the recompiled bloodborne pc port and it doesn't do this, at all.

I (and many others) would appreciate an official acknowledgement of this issue, many of your customers are spending their own time troubleshooting an issue they simply cannot fix. 

WE LOVE YOUR GAME, BUNGIE. Please fix these issues so we can feel like you are ACTUALLY listening, more PVE doesn't matter if it's still plagued with these issues. I have over 500 hours in the game and I am not playing the game as much because of the issues I've mentioned above, not because of a lack of PVE.

Please listen, I dont want to play another extraction shooter, I want to play Marathon. But you have to care, too.
