Missing Purple Backpack from Saved Loadout After Using a Sponsored Kit (Again!)
After successful exfil from Sponsored Night Marsh, the equipped backpack in the "Saved Loadout" has again disappeared.
I lost a Purple 24XS Sneak Pack (my only one this season refresh). Please email a replacement in-game. See attached photos for evidence
*This is the exact same bug that was reported in earlier posts and was previously stated as "fixed." Please fix this again. This bug makes the game unplayable for me.

If you are experiencing this bug again, please use your platform's capture button to take a video. If you already have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here, and we’ll be glad to take a look.

Fix this bungie! And email me both my lost purple backpacks. Its literally the only purples I have. You said this bug was fixed!

We really need to see some footage of the issue in action in order to escalate this to the devs. To that point, if this keeps happening, please try capture a brief video that shows the issue occurring. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
Happened yet again! This time I lost another Purple 24XS Base Pack! This is four purple backpacks lost so far this seasonal refresh.
Please understand for the video I would have to upload the entire run including 1) pre-game equipped items, 2) applying the sponsored kit or rook, 3) unapplying the kit/rook to show initial correct item restoration, 4) reapplying the sponsor kit or rook, 5) the entire run itself, 6) hope I survive and extract, 7) then hope again that I lose another purple backpack due to this bug (which is inconsistent), 8) then showing you that the previously equipped backpack is missing in the after-game overflow inventory. This is completely unreasonable especially since I am not a degenerate streamer. I don't even know what software to use to capture a video. I am on Steam/PC, what program do you recommend?

Also I simply did a google search "marathon bungie backpack lost bug" and it yielded multiple other reports on the Marathon Help website and on reddit r/Marathonexplaining this exact same issue. I know the devs can fix this bug since you have already done this before.
***I tried to provide more before/after run photos in this new first post like last time but I am no longer able to attach photos in this website. The paperclip attach files icon is missing.
