    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the game’s stability when trying to play the game.

To start out, you’ll need to use your RTX 4600 GPU to run Marathon. The Ryzen 5 8600G’s integrated graphics are below the game’s minimum requirements.

We'd recommend trying to verify the game file integrity through steam to see if it helps. If the issue persists, please ensure that all of your drivers, windows, and your BIOS are all fully up-to-date.

If you still run into the same issue despite all of this, can you provide us with a copy of your DxDiag? You can copy and paste it over on PasteBin and provide us with the link.

  • Here is the paste bin https://pastebin.com/KkGALUcx. Still the same issue.

  • Hi again,

    Thank you for the DxDiag.

Your PC is likely restarting because of a graphics or hardware crash. Try these steps in order:

    • Update Marathon and Windows.
    • Reinstall the NVIDIA driver using the "clean installation" option.
    • Turn off NVIDIA, Discord, Steam, and Xbox overlays.
    • Make sure nothing is overclocked. Use the default BIOS settings.
    • Check your CPU and GPU temperatures while playing.
    • Make sure the graphics card and RAM are firmly connected to your motherboard.
