Trace Status decrementing on items when looted from some containers

Description of Issue Wierdness with item Trace Status decrementing when first looted. Happening inconsistantly so may be to do with the container looted from.
Rough Date and Time of issue - ~1140 GMT+8 (noticed about 10mins ago looted in last couple of runs over the last hour)
Repro steps Noticed this after the fact sorting through vault, some of the mods I'd just extracted with had one trace status missing, I took them from containers in the last couple of runs, either from weapons locker in outpost, in the armory(?) room that you need 1xgreen 2xorange keys to open, or from looting 3x red room in pinwheel. got the gold mod from there and vaulted it directly after so odd that it had Trace status missing (first one I noticed, but looking through found more).
Or in most recent run in dire marsh night, and taken from either 5x cert locker or cashes that you get after using scanning tower costing 3x certs. some of the mods I took off guns and left the original gun behind.
None of them were taken from dead runners so should have no trace status removed.
