The only contract that shows up is last season's cyac guidance quest partially done from last season.

I am having this same problem. I did 1 or 2 Standard Contracts for CyAc, now they stopped appearing. Only have the Night Marsh CyAc Guidance contract that I left unfinished prior to the refresh
Also having a similar bug. I completed all the Multi-zone Cyac contracts today and usually they refresh to other multizone contracts. Now all the multizone contracts are gone and the only one available is Cyac Guidance in Night Marsh
My Platform is Steam

I had actually completed the Night Marsh contract and it just reposted the same contract and nothing else. All the other Factions have normal contracts

Could you try closing Marathon and relaunching the game to see if the CyAc Contracts are no longer stuck?
Just did and the Multi-Zone/Standard Contract is there! Thanks!
I no longer have the Cyac Guidance quest and now have 1 multizone contract. Thank you very much!
