Physical reward unpurchasable
I'm trying to purchase the Notorious shirt, reached level 100 and have my accounts linked properly considering I claimed the free emblem before, but when I add it to my cart the website says that I can no longer purchase it.
I've claimed everything in the codex, as well.

Could you verify that you have claimed the codex in-game? Once you claim the codex in-game, the reward should be available to purchase.
