Cooperation on Compiler yet not skin or Cryologist codex unlocked

After cooperating with other players and killed compiler no skin was awarded for my recon and no codex entry was unlocked for my cryologist title, and given than cryo is closed today if this is not fix know I have to wait till gods know when to try again. I love this game but if the whole argument of extraction shooters is going to be that we can either cooperate or not but you reward PvP instead of cooperation people will still leave. There should be a reword regardless of what methods you used to archive a goal. Dont take my word for it attach is the video that support my claim.     Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

    Thank you for reaching out, the platform was PlayStation
    Date and time Sat Oct 3rd at 11:30pm eastern time.
    My crew started compiler.
    One of my friends got the skin from before, the other won’t get the skin till December cos he was playing Sentinel.
    Recon ID it’s SwiftyRickXD#7768
    The Sentinel I don’t have it but the name was Valk. Although I can provide it later when I log in.
    I’m missing the codex and the skin for my recon.
