Compiler kill failed to unlock skin or codex entry

  • Description of Issue - Killed compiler and exfilled with ganglion 3 times, twice as recon and once as thief, fireteam members that_named_jark#6280 and TheKrazzyKrizz#8674 reported receiving skins but I did not. Did direct damage during vulnerable phases in the thief run and one of the recon runs, during the recon run clearance 5 loot room weapon skin successfully unlocked but compiler kill did not. Didn't notice until afterward the lack of unlocks so I don't have screenshots.
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - between 11:00 and 1:00 EST 10/4/26

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
    • Do you have video or screenshots showing hits to the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
    • Did you exfil successfully?
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

    If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
