Important: Triage skin not awarded after defeating the Compiler
Hello,
I just completed my final match of this season on Cryo Archive while playing as Triage.
During the match, I defeated the Compiler boss. My teammates, Fishpod and Node21, received the Triage Compiler skin reward after the completion, but I did not receive it.
At the same time, I did receive the Compiler Ganglion after the match, so the boss kill appears to have been registered correctly. However, the Triage skin itself was not awarded.

Since my teammates received the skin from the same completion and I received the Compiler Ganglion, it seems like the skin reward may not have been granted correctly to my account.

Hi! Yes, our crew started the Compiler encounter, and there were also several other crews involved in the fight.
I personally attacked the Compiler’s exposed weak spot and fired around three full magazines from my DRVSHHH gun into it. I was clearly getting hit markers, so I definitely dealt damage to the weak spot.
I am attaching three screenshots from this exact Compiler fight, taken from my brother’s perspective. On all three screenshots, I am the player on the right, highlighted with a red box. You can clearly see that I was actively participating in the encounter, shooting at the Compiler and hitting it during the fight.
The main issue is that the Compiler completion did not register in my Codex at all, and because of that I also did not receive the Triage skin.
My teammate from the same crew received the achievement/progress and the skin from this exact encounter, while I received neither the Codex completion nor the skin.
I also received the Compiler Ganglion after the match, so the game clearly registered my participation in the encounter in some way.
All of the required conditions were completed during this encounter. Please review my case and the three attached screenshots.
