  Please provide the following details to add to your report:

  • Your Platform
  • The approximate date and time of when this happened
  • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
  • Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
  • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
  • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
  • Did you exfil successfully?
  • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

  If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

  Appreciate the response
  It was on steam
  Would have been around 11 am oct4
  We (our team)did everything to begin the encounter
  We teamed up with other team
  I landed a substantial amount of damage during the vulnerable phase. I exfiled successfully and have evidence of that. No video just pics. Ganglion was rewarded but no codex or cryo skin(recon). Is it possible I will be rewarded skin after this is looked into?
