Missing Recon Runner Shell After Compiler Ompletion

Bungie Name: TeeJPro#6001 Platform: Xbox Clear Date/Time: October 4, ~12:00 AM (Midnight) Approximate Time Timezone: MST (Colorado) The Issue: My crew and I successfully killed the Compiler for the first time and exfilled without errors, but the skin did not unlock for me. Skins were unlocked for my teammates. There is no compiler completion in my codex as well. Any help would be appreciated!

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
- Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
- Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
- Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
- Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

Thanks! Here’s more information as requested:
Did your crew start the Compiler encounter? Yes.
Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours? There was one other crew that we teamed up with.
Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed? Yes, I did.
Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits? I don’t, unfortunately.
Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs? Yes, both of them did for their respective shells. It was their first time completing the compiler as well. Their ID’s are mikeyymo#9345 and NavalToast#6675.
