Friend cant login and cannot connect to bungie account

I am writting this report on the behalf of DRAVA_OF_DRAKVA#0873 to make a bug report.

the bug is that we as a team, with an additional fireteam fighting, killed the complier and successfully exfiled from the map cryo archive. everyone but DRAVA_OF_DRAKVA#0873 got the skin on my team and DRAVA_OF_DRAKVA#0873 shot at the compiler during the dps phase. Please help them with validation of said completion, as they were there and exfiled with the compilers ganglion (see photo evidence). DRAVA_OF_DRAKVA#0873 checked all codex entries required to get said skin and all but the skin codex entry was achived as it was missing ( all codex entries required before hand were completed and claimed) 

Normally they would be writing this but something weird is going on with their account, please excuse me advocating for my friend as they could not log in through the 5 ways mentioned on the site.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
    • Did your friend personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
    • Does your friend have video or screenshots showing those hits?
    • Did you and the other crewmate get skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what is their Bungie ID?

    If your friend has a video or clip from the encounter, they can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
