Friends list full

Can't accept friend request in marathon, nothing happens when hitting accept. Logging into Bungie account says friends list full. I doubt less than 10 is a full roster.

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • The approximate date and time of when this first happened
    • Are you unable to accept a friend request, unable to send one, or both?
    • What happens when you select Accept? Please include a screenshot of the exact error message, if one appears. 
    • How many Bungie Friends do you currently have? If possible, please also check whether you have any pending or outgoing friend requests.
    • Does the same issue happen when you try to accept the request in Marathon, on Bungie.net, or in the Destiny 2 app? Please list which ones you tried.
    • What platform are you using, and is the person sending the request on a different platform?
    • Does the request remain visible after you try to accept it?
    • Does it happen with one specific player or with every friend request?

    1. Estimated 9/11-9/14-26
    2. Unable to accept request
    3. Nothing pops up in game,icon still shows incoming request at the bottom. Through Bungie.net error # 3910
    4. Only 8 through Bungie.
    5.issues still occur through bungie.net, never used destiny 2 app.
    6. Both parties on ps5
    7. Request remains available after accepting.
    8. As of now only this specific player. Have not received another request since the incident.

    Hi again,

    Thanks for the additional details.

    Could you please check the Bungie Friends area on Bungie.net and tell us:

    • How many incoming and outgoing friend requests are pending?
    • After declining old incoming requests and canceling old outgoing requests, does the same error still occur?
    • Are you able to accept crew invites normally?

    Can you also share a short video showing the request, the attempted acceptance, and the error?
