Washed/Soundless Audio

Audio sounds like it changed entirely, i can hear a person directly around me but anywhere past 15m (roughly) gunshots sound like they are miles away or under water?

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Your headset or audio device make and model, and whether it’s wired or wireless
    • Does the issue affect all audio or mainly distant gunshots and other sounds?
    • The map, and approximate location where you noticed it
    • Does restarting the game fix it or resolve it temporarily?
    • Your in-game audio and spatial audio settings
    • Does disabling spatial audio, switching to another output device, or testing with wired headphones correct the audio?

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video showing the difference between nearby and distant gunshots as well. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here, and we’ll be glad to take a look.
