Recon ping did not replace outdated manual ping of the same enemy

At 00:14 I manually ping an enemy named "LEGION".
At 00:17 I use a recon scan, which identifies all three enemies, including LEGION. However, the more up-to-date recon ping did not replace the now outdated manual ping for the same enemy, making it appear as if there are 4 enemies in front of me.
