Crew size selection issues

Description of Issue
Crew size selection doesn't behave as expected:
- When I was alone in the lobby, switching between Trios and Solo didn't always behave as expected. Sometimes when I would switch between Solos and Trios, my game's UI would not reflect my new preference. Additionally, when switching from Solo back to Trios, crew fill returned to the Off state even if it was previously toggled On. This has led to me accidentally loading into a Trios match alone. https://youtu.be/z7D_-tpRQgM
- When I was in a three-person lobby with Trios selected, there was an error preventing us from readying up: Too many runners. Other runners in my crew also saw Trios selected. This leads me to hypothesize that the actual selected crew size does not always display correctly for end users. https://youtu.be/2XiE0DQNOlA
