*Repro steps:*
* Go to Complex
* Start the boss fight
* Fight with the Warden until he is 1 shot away from death
* Kill the Warden with a Heat Grenade
* Observe that the kill does not count towards the challenge
This is so infuriating. I've been trying to get this specific challenge since the beginning of Vault Breaker and when I actually do it correctly, it does not count. When I killed it with the tox from the chem grenade in VB I thought the codex isn't earnable from VB but apparently no grenade with an effect counts. Imma put this game on hold tbh. Just wanted to write this bug report maybe it gets fixed sometime.

Before you ask Bungie, no, I don't have videos of this cause Radeon Relive didn't want to record this game apparently. Take my word for it and go ask someone in QV to repro this.
