Broccoli error code every time I die while in a crew
For the last couple weeks every time I die my game crashes. Sometimes it is the second the self-revive window comes up, sometimes it happens 10 seconds later. Regardless this is making the game unplayable since team fights revolve around the self-revive. I have verified game files. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have changed in game video settings. I have uninstalled NVIDIA recording software. Nothing has worked. Please help.

I understand you're encountering the error code BROCCOLI. I'm sorry to hear of this, as I can imagine the impact this may have had.
Please try updating your graphics card drivers, or rolling back to a previous set if this occurs on the latest update. If the error continues, please double-check that the game is not using an onboard GPU in your GPU's control panel settings.
If the issue is still persisting after doing this and re-installing, please let me know what Graphic card you are using.
