Profiteer Codex Reward Not Received

Description of Issue - Codex reward for Profiteer was not received after claimed, presumably because my vault was full. It did not go to vault overflow. I'm really sad because I worked all season for Profiteer.
Date/Time - 5pm August 29th, 2026
Repro steps - Presumably have a full vault when claiming the codex entry.

While the reward for this codex may appear to look like a kit, it is in fact a special title that you can display on your profile. You can find it in Customizations.
If you are missing the title, please use your platform's capture button to take a video showing the completed codex and the missing title. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Thank you for replying so quickly! I totally assumed it would be a bundle of prestige loot as it has the same icon corresponding to codex rewards that provide loot. I did get my title, so all is good. Sorry for the confusion and thanks again for the clarification. I would suggest changing the icon so that players don’t get their hopes up, but I’m sure that you all have more than enough on your plate. Thanks again.
