Rubber Banding

Description: I have been experiencing rubber banding in Every single game for the past 5 days I don't know what caused it. It's exactly similar to the ladder glich where it would just keep teleporting you to the top but, instead it keeps tp-ing me to where I was a second ago and it keeps happening every few seconds I also see 4 red dots on top right on my screen all I know is that is supposed to be connecting issue? Not sure though I don't have a YouTube channel to post a video but If there is any other way I can show my gameplay footage please let me know i am dying to play this game again normally Thanks!
