Just Exfilled after my team leader got disconnected and lost all my gear
- Bungie Account Name - Kakine Teitoku#7860

- Description of Issue - I was playing with some friends and they both disconnect, but I haven't, and exfilled. After the exfil, I lost all my stuff. I got some frames on video that shows what I had... We've just opened 1 Purple and 1 Blue Key. Then, at the "aftermatch" screen, the report stuff, shows as if I've disconnected anywhere other than the exfill and lost all my stuff (which doesn't show either)...
- Rough Date and Time of issue - August 23rd around 10:09 PM GMT -3
- Repro steps - I don't know any. I just see a lot of people complaining of connection issues.

Thank you for reaching out and reporting this issue.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
I was in that match, and it wasn't the first time it happened to me today. Earlier, during a good loot marathon, it kicked me out of the game and wouldn't let me back in. It's like you guys do it on purpose, wanting to frustrate players to try and make us play more to try and recover what we shouldn't have lost in the first place.
