Hack panel not working in Cryo Archive
I was just having an amazing run in Cryo, did two vault and was set to run to our exfil. Then the hack panel didn’t work, clearly a bug causing it. Proceeded to get distracted by that and not exfil.
I want my gear back and I’m pretty frustrated about it because I don’t even have credits left now. Its clear in the video what gear I had on me. This did not feel like a fair way to lose the round. One of my teammates exfilled with the Compiler trace item qnd I didn’t even get the share from that.

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
Okay thanks for nothing. I figured I wouldn’t get any refunds for this.
After this incident I lost interest in playing Marathon. Its hard enough already with the current player base to even exfil from Cryo and when things like this happens without any kind of refund from Bungie I just don’t feel like playing anymore. Gg’s Bungie!
