Subject: Cryo — Exfil locations did not appear on map, causing loss of gear
Hi Bungie Support,
I was playing Marathon on PS5 today, 22 August 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM.
During my run on the Cryo map, the game bugged and no exfil locations appeared on my map. Because I could not see any exfil locations, I was unable to properly plan my extraction and ended up losing the gear I had collected during the run.
I have a 15-minute video recording of the run which shows the issue and can provide/upload it as evidence.

Could you please investigate whether this was a server/gameplay bug and, if confirmed, reimburse the gear I lost as a result of the bug?
I understand that individual item restoration may not always be possible, but I would appreciate this being reviewed given that I have video evidence of the issue.

You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
