Loot lost
I was in the middle of a run with around 6 minutes left. I suddenly get an error about being disconnected and asking me if I would like to wait to reconnect or forfeit all of my items.
I waited and waited but nothing happened. After about 7 minutes of waiting and as the game would have been over by that point, I returned to the menu.
There were no connection issues on my end and this is the first time I have experienced this. Is there anything I can do to get my items back? I have screen shots of my items I lost a prestige Volley , a prestige kvv anda couple of prestige weapon mods

Could you let us know if any error codes or error message appeared when you were disconnected?
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
It just happened to a ton of us. I also lost my full loadout to the crash / kick.
It is frustrating. I had so much loot. 4 prestige’s. I put so much effort and time into this game and to loose it like that is really frustrating
