Sudden Disconnect Causes Cryo Loot Loss
The following tags were running a game which dropped around 7:45PM. We could not re-enter game instance, just reached level 5 clearance in cryo, and retrieved compiler trace. We were headed to exfil and the game suddenly disconnected. I am uploading screenshots for now and will upload videos shortly. Please review the logs and get us our loot back!

We can confirm the team has received reports of disconnects of this nature. Could you let us know what error code or error message appeared when you were disconnected?
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
I posted the error message verbatim above. Copied below for your convenience.
Can you make sure the system in place automatically refunds this run. I have not received anything. I would really appreciate some concession since this cryo run was lost at the end. Whatever you do, please do something to show that you care about your player base and the time and energy placed into consuming your product. At a minimum, make sure whatever automated refund system you have, it needs to capture this event and provide appropriate refund. Please confirm.
