Disconnected from cryo mid match
I was at about 12 mins left i believe and I jumped down to five key area to get batteries and my game crashed. I got a notification to continue waiting or return to lobby and forfit gear. I kept hiring continue you waiting then after a few minutes I was kicked back to lobby with nothing. I came in a full purple kit and wiped lobby for the first this weekend then lost it all to this crash. I would really like have at least the kit back. I understand all the loot I got on that run may be gone.

Could you let us know what error code or error message appeared when you were disconnected?
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
