Game stuck on "continue waiting" screen and i cannot reconnect to game.
I was getting errored and could not reconnect to the game. It happened to my whole squad and none of us could reconnect, so it was clearly a server issue. We had just killed a full gold squad. Gear refunded please

We can confirm the team has received reports of disconnects of this nature. Could you let us know what error code or error message appeared when you were disconnected?
In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
