Disconnected from night marsh match with no option to rejoin,
I and my friend Justin#9228 were disconnected from a night marsh game with Ozen#4963 in the middle of the run. We were not given any option to reconnect. We could only keep pressing the “continue waiting” button and wait for Ozen to exfil. We lost all our gear.

Could you let us know what error code or error message appeared when you were disconnected?
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
I believe it was code Basil. This was absolutely a bungie server-side error, and/or bug in the game, because not just me but also Justin#9228 disconnected from the game with the same error code, and the same symptom of not being offered the option to rejoin.
In the normal case, when we get disconnected from a game due to some kind of error, when we restart and/or log back in, we're given an option to rejoin the game. In this particular case, I immediately tried to rejoin, and also tried restarting the game then rejoining (only a minute or so had passed), but I was given a error screen saying "the match is still in progress". We never were offered an option to rejoin the match.
So there are two major errors here, both server's fault, not our client's fault. One is being disconnected in the first place, second is not being allowed to rejoin, and instead, having to wait until our last teammate, Ozen#4963 (who did not get disconnected), finished the run before we were able to see the run results.
If particular items from the run are not able to be restored through a support request in this case, some other form of compensation would be appreciated.
