Weapon mods display incorrect stats when multiple mods bring the weapon's stat over the maximum possible

Each weapon stat has a maximum (or minimum) you can achieve. Because of that, when multiple mods are equipped on a gun and their total provided benefit to a stat is over the maximum possible, the mods are supposed to show a reduced number, so that the sum of those numbers is equal to the maximum possible benefit. This is how this worked in Season 1.

There is a bug with the way that the numbers are calculated in this situation when hovering over a mod. I'll give a concrete example:

I have a V99 Channel Rifle with 2 mods equipped that all improve the Recoil stat:
- Air-Cooled Chamber (-35.0%)
- Stabilizing Barrel (-25.0%)

The maximum possible improvement of the Recoil stat on the V99 is -45.0%, which is lower than the sum of the 2 above numbers. When you hover over each equipped mod on the weapon you are supposed to get numbers that add up to -45.0% (just like in Season 1). However, instead you only see that the Air-Cooled Chamber improves Recoil by -20.0%, while the Stabilizing Barrel does so by -10%  (-20.0% + -10.0% =/= -45.0%). This is because the sum of the two mods' benefits (-60.0%) exceeds the possible of -45.0% by -15.0%, which the game then subtracts from each of the mods, instead doing that so from only one mod.
- (-35.0%) - (-15.0%) = (-20.0%)
- (-25.0%) - (-15.0%) = (-10.0%)

As you can see from the pictures above, the game correctly displays that the total reduction in Recoil is -45.0% (on the left), but the Recoil line for each of the mods displays their number incorrectly (the sum of the two is lower that the actual total).
