Unfairly banned in Marathon
Good afternoon, could you please tell me how long it takes to get a response regarding the account suspension? I just want to play, but I can’t even play from new accounts that I’ve purchased the game on again. It’s already been 14 days — could I at least find out the estimated time for my ticket to be reviewed?
I really want to play the game; I know I’m a fair player, I just don’t understand the reason for my ban. Is there any way to speed up the review of my issue? Thank you for your response.

If your account has incurred a ban, then the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction Contact Form.
If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. However, please note that there is no guarantee you will get a response, especially if your ban will be upheld.
Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.
