Banned in marathon
Hello, I was permanently banned for no reason. I'd like to know the reason. I wrote to your support a long time ago that I was hacked and linked to Crossave. I suspect the ban is because I currently live in Russia and use Zapret to play, as well as Warp. I also assume I played on a friend's PC. I really like your game, I really want to play it. If you believe you were unfairly banned, the way to submit an appeal request is via this form. However, please note there is no guarantee you will receive a response, especially if your ban will be upheld, which may be the case for you.
Additionally, the forums cannot assist with ban appeals. Since you've already submitted a request, you've done all you can. If more than several weeks have passed with no reply, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place.
I haven't received a single answer to my question. Before the ban, I was psing about being hacked and having my Crossave linked. A whole year passed, and they haven't answered anything. The same thing about the ban, two weeks have already passed, and there's still no answer.
Please contact support and ask them to provide an answer; I really want to play your game. I haven’t violated anything.
