Latency or Lag only with this game and is so very frustrating
I have been dealing with either latency or lag issues since release and is why i stopped playing. I started again a couple weeks ago and it's still a huge issue. My experience is using the mouse and the visuals not keeping up. Everything is moving slow with enemies, almost skipping as im walking or running thru and hits not registering when I use my knife. I keep getting killed while it seems im moving slow like a turtle.
Every other game, including Destiny 2, ARC and Doom, works perfect with no issues. This marathon game is the only game with these issues. I got a new router from AT&T recently trying to fix this. Im hooked up through the ethernet with 900 upload speed. I'm using my HP intel core i7-9850H CPU @ 2.60 with NVIDIA RTX 5000 GPU workstation. I have a 200hz monitor but locking frames at 144hz, at which i noticed a little difference and have been optimizing in so many different ways with the NVIDIA app and marathon settings. All my marathon settings are on its lowest with ultra performance.
These issues sometimes seem to fix after playing many rounds. Almost as its "thawing out" and finally just fixes issues on its own but this is why i do not play PvP. The lag or latency there is even more unbearable and i get trashed talked to by other players. Again, this is the only game out of all my other games I'm having issues with. I'm getting very tired of playing through these issues.

Hello there,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with latency in the game. To rule out any issues with the game files themselves, we'd recommend verifying the game file integrity through Steam and uninstalling/reinstalling the game if the verification doesn't work. Please also ensure that all of your drivers, Windows, and your BIOS are all up-to-date with the most recent drivers.
If the issue persists, to further rule out any connectivity issues that may be causing this, we'd recommend trying out our Basic and Advanced Network Troubleshooting Guides if you haven't already.
