Grappling hook stays after use

Description of Issue - Thief's grappling hook stays in place after they have used it, from the POV of another runner. Did not see the grappling hook in use, only the grapple afterwards as shown in the video (audio partially cut for privacy due to being on a call)
Rough Date and Time of issue - 6th August 2026 @ 13:26 BST
Repro steps - Approach where a rival Thief has used their grappling hook, playing solo Dire Marsh (Night).
