Vanishing gear

I had gold equipment on my toon. When I loaded a sponsored kit the load did NOT go to vault. The equipment was lost.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • What sponsored kit was equipped and what exactly what was lost?
    • Was your vault full?
    • Were the items in your overflow?
    • Did relogging into the game resolve the issue?
    • Was this a saved loadout?
    • If you have any video or screenshots from the start or end of the run, please share those

    If you have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
