Vidmaster title is bugged and won’t unlock

I have completed all challenges for the vidmaster title in marathon but it is still locked. I’ve completed compiler 3 times now and the final challenge is still redacted. I understand that challenge is [Redacted] / Beyond the Crimson Veil: Defeat the secret boss in Vault 7 and extract with the Biotoxic Disinjector.
