Compiler/Cryo Skin Not Awarded Post Exfil

I just ran Compiler last night with my team as my first ever clear only to find out that after exfiling, I did not get the award for the Cryo Skin even though I have the Ganglion in my Inventory. This happened at 10:50ish PST on 8/6/2026

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
    • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
    • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
    • Did you exfil successfully?
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

    If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    I also have screenshots on the Compiler Ganglion in my Vault and I also knew I was able to pass the damage check needed as I was the one who initiated the damage phase for my team.

      Description of Issue - Was not award Compiler Skin for Recon after clearing Compiler
      Rough Date and Time of issue - August 8th, 2026 at 10:50 PM
      Repro steps - Went up to Compiler and cleared it then exfiled.

    • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits? I do not record my gameplay so unfortunately I do not have footage
    • Did you exfil successfully? Yes I did
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs? Yes they did, AndroidWhale#9905
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress? It is both missing

    hey buddy, i went through this same process with them in season 1, compiler still broken, still no skin
