"Upped Arsenal++" Arachne upgrade doesn't proc

Description of Issue - Despite having purchased all of the base Arachne upgrades/capstones (and most of the VIP upgrades) over a month ago, the "Upped Arsenal" node tree has yet to proc for me. According to the node's description, if I buy a stock Twin Tap or Ares from Arachne, not only is it guaranteed to - at a minimum - come with a free standard mod, but the last node upgrade (Upped Arsenal++) also promises a chance at a superior mod.
However, this has never been true for me. If I buy a stock weapon from Arachne, it never even has a standard mod on it, let alone anything better. Sometimes the free daily weapon will have a couple mods (usually standard or enhanced, although I have seen deluxe twice), but of course, never anything purple. I'm not sure if this is a common problem though, since I haven't come across anyone else complaining about it upon searching the game's subreddit. So, I just keep waiting. I wait and I buy and I keep hoping it suddenly works one day. But alas, despite proving my hyper-dedication to Arachne and reaching my current no-life level of VIP 69, they continue to withhold my superior freebies! - Rough Date and Time of issue - Every time I've bought a weapon from them in the last month or more, including 12:00pm August 5th, 2026.
- Repro steps - Buy Upped Arsenal, Upped Arsenal+, and Upped Arsenal++, then buy a stock weapon (Twin Tap is the one I like).
