Inventory bug
Date & Time of Incident: August 4, 2026 | 20:45 – 20:50 BST
Issue Summary
Upon returning to the hub after a successful exfil using a Sponsored Kit, the equipped loadout I was wearing prior to equipping the Sponsored Kit—which should have stashed back into my Vault—completely disappeared from my inventory.
Lost Items
Container/Bag: Gold Sneak Bag
Equipped Loadout: Full loadout equipped prior to selecting the Sponsored Kit (weapons, armor, and utility items)
Steps to Reproduce / Sequence of Events
Had a full personal loadout equipped (including a Gold Sneak Bag).
Selected and equipped a Sponsored Kit before entering a match.
Successfully completed the match and exfilled (did not die).
Returned to the hub/vault screen expecting the previous loadout to be safely stashed.
Checked the Vault, but the Gold Sneak Bag and the entire previous loadout were missing.
Troubleshooting Attempted
Checked all Vault tabs, filters, and sorting options.
Restarted the game client and re-logged into the server to force an inventory database sync.
