Destroy Warden with grenade Codex
Bungie Account Name - Leafy_Greenz#2656 Platform - PlayStation 5 Description of Issue - I have now killed the warden 3 times with a frag grenade, recieved the killing marker and exp notification. Everytime I have expected the codex to progress, it has not. I will keep trying including in solos. But it seems bugged. Rough Date and Time of issue - 08/03/2026 3:20ish pm Central time Repro steps - Have gotten warden to lowest red aura and smoking and received killing marker with frag grenade to no avail of codex updating.

The next time that you try to complete the codex, please use your platform's capture button to take a video showing the kill all the way to the exfil and your codex entry afterwards. If you already have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
