Codex Entry Not Unlocking – Beyond the Crimson Veil

Description of Issue -
The codex entry labeled [REDACTED], which corresponds to “Beyond the Crimson Veil,” is not unlocking despite meeting the requirements multiple times. The description states that the requirement is to “Loot the Biotoxic Disinjector and exfil with the weapon,” however this does not trigger the unlock.

Rough Date and Time of Issue -
Most recent occurrence: August 2, 2026 (multiple prior attempts across both Season 1 and Season 2).

Repro Steps -

1. Enter a run with a team.

2. Locate and loot the Biotoxic Disinjector (Biodisinjector).

3. Successfully exfil while carrying the weapon.

4. (In our latest attempt) also exfil with the “ganglion” item.

5. Check codex progression → the “Beyond the Crimson Veil” entry does not unlock.

This process has been repeated at least three times on different occasions with the same result.

Additional Context -
During the most recent run, teammates were Plasma#7708 and THEMANDERDON#7759. Despite successfully completing the objective again, the codex entry did not unlock. We are attempting to complete this requirement for the “Vidmaster” title.
