Losing awesome loot because of a bug

Hello, I’m reaching out because I have a request to make. I was in the cryo archive—specifically in Vault 1—when I dropped a full-purple Misriah that ended up sinking into the ground before I could pick it up. However, I could still see it. I’d like you to send this weapon back to me via email, since I didn’t lose it through my own fault, but because of a texture bug in the game. I have a photo to back up what I’m saying. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss this.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • What you were doing right before this happened?
    • Where did this happen on the Cryo Map?
    • Was this is Vault Breakers or regular Cryo Archive?
    • Any video or screenshots showing the issue in-game

    Please note that support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

    Stop reporting bugs without demanding they return what’s been lost. Bungie is too greedy. They need to be replacing your losses due to glitches. That’s what good game devs do. That’s what Arc Raiders does.
