Capstone reset

After the recent update fixing the rank up rewards all of my capstone upgrades reset, or at least ones effecting runners and the rook shell. I have them all unlocked on the faction screen but when I play as rook none of the upgrades are there and when starting a run as any other shell I dont have the anti-virus provided by Mida capstone 6

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • What you were doing right before this happened
    • Which capstone upgrades appear unlocked on the Faction screen but are missing in-game
    • Which shell you were using when you noticed the issue? Is it just happening with Rook?
    • Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes
    • Screenshots or video showing the Faction screen and the missing in-run effects
