Game unplayable since update

Matchmaking takes forever and I can't even join games as rook. The furthest it gets is to the black screen for contracts and just gets stuck.

This isn't a connection issue as my connection hasn't changed since the game came out. Whatever changes you've made to netcode/matchmaking are the problem.

I've logged on to this game and either been greeted with ridiculous maintenance or this bug. Utterly ridiculous.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • Does this happen only on Rook or on other shells as well?
    • Your crossplay setting
    • Your region
    • The approximate date and time of your most recent attempt, including timezone
    • Any error codes you saw
    • Are you forced to close the game when this happened?
    • A screenshot or video of the black contracts screen
