Game crashed during a match and I lost all my gear

Hello, My game suddenly crashed during a match. I did not disconnect intentionally. After launching the game again, I discovered that I had lost all of the gear and loot I was carrying before the crash. Platform: PS5 Approximate time: 1:35 am PDT Bungie ID: pub_low#5725 Could you please investigate this issue? If possible, I would appreciate having my lost gear restored. Thank you.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • What you were doing right before this happened
    • What contract were you completing at the time?
    • Do you have any videos or screenshots from before the crash?
    • Were there any error codes or error messages?

    If you have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
