Didn’t get Compiler skin for Assassin
Got compiler kill last season on assassin, provided details for it and got no response. I know that there have been layoffs, but if bungie wants any chance of retaining the few players still in marathon, there needs to be more of a priority on fixing these actual in game issues than wasting time with more micro transactions etc. This problem of not being awarded compiler skin for the kill and exfil is a known glitch for many players, and it seems the issue has not been fixed for most of them either. There are less than 5k players consistently on steam, this should not be hard to adjust for those of us with this complaint.

Platform is steam, date and time was June 1st around 11 pm. Can’t quite recall if crew started the encounter. The fight did involve multiple crews though. I did personally hit the compilers exposed weak spot when exposed many times. I tried to screen record the whole run even before compiler, but the recording software was conflicting with the game, and wouldn’t allow me to record. We did exfil successfully. My crew did get the skin, but I wasn’t pre queuing with them, so we weren’t friended. The missing reward was the skin and the codex progress. Side note: since the recording software wasn’t letting me record, I did take a photo of my character with the biotox weapon equipped. Hello, I have not heard back in two months from bungie support. You are going to lose a player if the issue is not resolved. And I know with the few left playing marathon, you can’t afford to lose any more people as a company.

This bug has been fixed but unfortunately, we're unable to automatically credit missing Runner Styles. However, if we're able to verify the completion with the information you provided, we can manually credit the missing Style though we're unable to manually complete the Codex challenge for you.

Hi, the runner style missing is for the Assassin shell. As for recording, I didn’t believe this would be something needed for my runs, and so didn’t record it at the time. But I have provided other details in the past responses, which should suffice. Thanks for reaching out again, and looking forward to this being fixed.

Bungie you’re losing another player. I’ve waited 5 months for you to fix an issue in your broken game, and you’re not resolving it because I do not having a recording software set up and on. If it was so important to be recording games at all times, you should have built in the software into the game. It is absurd that verification requires recording when most people don’t do this when playing day to day. It is also ridiculous that I as a player have to think about preemptively recording in case your game breaks. Marathon is already nearly dead and by not resolving this, you are perpetuating the stigma that this company deserves to go through the problems that it is facing. Be better.
