Cannot get past sign in screen for days

Account name: Vasillian#8015 Good evening, since 2 weeks ago I'm stuck at the sign in screen for hours. Tried everything Data rebuild, sign out and sign in my ps account, clear cashe, restart router and PS5 , delete and download again the game and generally everything I could think of and read online. At this point I'm thinking of asking for a refund since I'm spending my free time just trying to log in than actually playing so this is my last shot. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Since you’ve already gone through troubleshooting steps already, the next thing I’d suggest is testing the game on a different network path if you can, such as a mobile hotspot, just to see whether the login completes there.

    If it still happens, please send us:

    • your country/region
    • your ISP name
    • the approximate date/time you last logged in successfully
    • whether trying a different connection changes anything
