Vault breaker DNA CODE not spawning on vault 6
After purchasing the vault 6 buff on vault breaker the dna code wont spawn anymore on his spot i've tried 3 times and 3 times wasnt there

Yes, I've been encountering this consistently. Even with the lab coat upgrade, you still have to open and go into the Secret Lab room with the 3 monitors on it to progress the quest, to make DNA spawn. Otherwise, you open Lab 6 and the DNA is just not there.
Definitely should be fixed, it makes that upgrade much less useful, and makes getting key 6 on compiler attempts even worse compared to any other option.
Getting the same issue
After getting the 3 symbol skip upgrade, the objective that takes you to secret lab doesn't get skipped, and DNA won't spawn in Vault 6 if you just go straight to it (labs elevator) instead of secret lab
