Crash to Desktop Outpost - Whole Team

We experience a crash to desktop on Outpost at approximately 5:59 a.m. UTC. We had gotten into pinwheel via conveyance request and were working on Traxus contract Unsanctioned hostilities 4/5. The crash happened precisely after scanning for the data to spawn in the commander. We lost a good set of gear, if this isn't something that the team can fix then it would be nice to have a system that returns the gear from your run if you experience a sudden crash. No we unfortunately do not have any video evidence for this one, I hope the team can help out.
